SHOROTKAL SET MENU

FOUR COURSES FOR £39

This menu is inspired by the Shorot season, a time of transition in the Bengal from late summer to early winter. This period, marked by a bountiful harvest and mild weather, brings an array of vibrant flavours and ingredients that we have carefully incorporated into this exclusive menu. Each dish has been crafted to reflect the essence of this unique season, offering selections not found on our regular menus.

THE ESSENCE OF LATE AUTUMN FROM BENGAL TO BRITAIN

Guests may choose one starter, one main course, and one dessert, or opt for a 3-course experience by forgoing dessert (£34 pp). Every dish embodies the freshness and abundance of the Shorot season, capturing the delicate balance between the richness of autumn and crisp winter, all prepared with the expertise and innovation that define Le Raj.

As always, our ingredients are sourced sustainably, ensuring the highest quality in every dish. Our team is here to accommodate any dietary preferences or requirements you may have, ensuring your experience is seamless and memorable.
